That's not the job.

The job is the horse. Everything else is a tax on the job. We help you pay less of it.

Two people. One stable-sized problem.

Built in a stable. By people who've worked in one.

Natalie Rasmussen
FOUNDER

Natalie has worked with horses nearly all her life. She knows what it takes to get the best out of them, and what a 5am stable demands. The early starts, the checklists, the little things that decide the whole day.

She raced, so she knows what fast looks like. Strategic. Purposeful. No wasted moves.

She's also a perfectionist who wants the industry she loves to grow. When we built Rein, she put all that stable knowledge straight into it.

Away from work she's rarely still. Gym, yoga, pilates, hiking, running and the odd mountain run. Always on the go.

Rein is her brain in a machine.

Carolyn Glasson
FOUNDER

Play80 has been Carolyn's dream for about 15 years. It comes from her love of rugby, and the idea that you win by playing all 80 minutes. Not 79. She's never played the game (girls didn't, back then), but it's never stopped her loving it. That's why the name has the 80 in it.

Before this, she spent decades in corporate and enterprise. Then she left the jargon at the door.

She's direct, curious and impatient for action. She asks what's actually slowing you down, then fixes it. Plain English, practical changes, no fluff. Process first, tools second.

She helped create Rein, built with Natalie. Outside work, the two of them golf, and that's where most of their strategy chats happen. Both fiercely competitive, always playing to win.

You win by playing all 80 minutes. Not 79.

Twenty minutes. No pitch.
